Please wear a face mask or cloth face-covering upon entry. All guests and team members must keep face coverings on at all times inside the spa. Guests may only remove their masks in a private treatment room during specific face services.
A temperature check will be given to employees and guests immediately upon entry with a no-touch thermometer. Anyone with a temperature of 100.3 or higher will be asked to reschedule.
We will ask you to answer some pre-screening verifications and if you are unable to verify any of them, we kindly request that you reschedule your visit.
Sign a COVID-19 waiver to confirm that you have answered all of the necessary pre-screening questions to ensure the safety of everyone in the spa. For your convenience, all consent forms are available online and should be completed before your arrival. The links are also included in your appointment confirmation email that is sent 48 hours before your visit.
Guests and team members are asked to use our touchless handwashing stations. You will receive a verbal confirmation by your service providers that their hands have been sanitized immediately before the start of your service.
While our spa has always met stringent sanitation requirements (we follow strict OSHA guidelines), we now more visibly display those efforts through touchless handwashing stations, Given the evolving situation, we have elevated our cleaning practices to ensure all proper precautions are being taken. We have increased cleaning protocols related to high-touch surfaces such as doorknobs, handrails, computers, lockers, telephones and more using an EPA and FDA registered and compliant hospital-grade disinfectant. Furthermore, our spa and staff have received certifications from Barbicide.
The physical distancing of at least 6 feet is required at all times except during services.
Please respect the spa’s sanitation and hygiene standards and processes posted within the spa and shared by employees. Look for signage posted around the spa.

I verify that I am following all CDC recommended guidelines as much as possible and limiting my exposure to the Coronavirus/COVID-19.
I verify that I have not had any changes to my medical conditions or taking any additional medications that were not previously disclosed on my Consent Form.

Refrain from visiting the spa if you or a household member have a fever, COVID-19 symptoms, or a communicable illness or under an isolation or quarantine order/directive. We have advised team members to stay home and see a doctor if they are feeling unwell. Additionally, any team members showing any flu-like symptoms will politely be asked to go home.
