Hey Hi, I’m Leah. I opened Glow in 2004, right out of beauty school, with a love for skincare, massage, and helping people feel good in their own skin.
Over the years, Glow has grown right alongside me. My passion has shifted from simply giving a great facial to really understanding the skin, what it needs, what may be affecting it, and how we can support it in a way that feels thoughtful, healthy, and realistic.
I still love making people feel beautiful, but what means the most to me now is helping someone feel heard, cared for, and more confident in their skin. I believe in corrective care, skin longevity, clinical grade skincare, and looking at the bigger picture instead of chasing quick fixes.
I’m also so grateful that Glow is no longer just me. We have a wonderful team who shares the same heart for caring for people and helping them feel their best.

Well Hello there! My name is Jennifer, I relocated to San Diego after graduation to begin my skincare and healthy lifestyle career. Graduated from Poway Academy with an esthetician license in 2001, followed by a nutrition degree from Mesa College. I went on to receive my massage certification and advanced specialty certifications from The School of Healing Arts in 2005 while working as an esthetician and thereafter as a specialized massage therapist. In 2012, became a Laser Specialist Operator and CLHRP training at the Avante Laser Institute.
